A lot of times people don’t understand what Reiki Healing does.  One of the most popular reasons people come to me is to get a jump start on their healthy eating lifestyle or even a weight loss plan.  Well, in a Reiki session we can help let go of old habits and patterns.  We can also bring in a new wave of motivation and self-control.  When you ask the Universe for something, you usually end up receiving it.  I always give my clients one thing to do after the session to help them kick start their new healthy and grounded journey, check out my video blog
