What’s Your Secret?

The Secret’ was my gateway to positive thinking and to understanding the power of “ask and you shall receive”.  I found ‘The Secret’ on video when I was 27 years old and as I was going through my own ‘down period’.  I immediately became obsessed with it.  I watched ‘The Secret’ while I worked out on the treadmill in my parents basement.  I was opening up my mind to new thoughts and belief patterns, as well as getting my cardio in, this was a win-win situation. 

Days of watching turned into weeks of watching and soon ‘The Secret’ was completely imbedded in my mind and I was ready to implant these new techniques and share this video with others.  I was so passionate!  Looking back now I was almost too passionate. I felt like this was the answer to help others out of their ‘down place’, but not everyone was willing to watch it or give it a try, which I just couldn’t understand or accept.  One of the main quotes that impacted me was “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step”.  I felt it then and I still feel it now, that watching this video is the first step for many people….

A few points that will forever be locked away in me are:  It was said that after 7 years your whole body will change; your cells re-multiply and the body becomes new again.  I knew that at age 27 I was in some kind of negative energy patterns.  Breaking up with someone I loved and being back at my parents house was depressing but I kept thinking that if I apply all this new found info I have received from ‘The Secret’ to myself, when I’m 34 my life will be so different, and it was!

I also always remember it was said in ‘The Secret’ that the food you put into your body is not as important as the energy you send it.  If you are constantly in a negative, sad or angry energy field because of what your own mind tells you, or because someone makes you feel “down”, the body’s natural tendency is to then create more cells to match the ones you are feeling.  This reminds me that yes, eating healthy is important, but the people and situations I chose to live my life with are the most important aspect to my well being. 

I Invite you to give it a try.  Try watching ‘The Secret’ a few times and then implementing it into your daily life.  I guarantee you will notice every aspect of your life shift for the better.
